Dr. Roberto De Los Santos graduated Salutatorian from Andy Dekaney High School from Spring I.S.D. in Houston, Texas. Dr. De Los Santos graduated Cum Laude from St. Mary’s University, San Antonio, TX with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then attended podiatry medical school at the California School of Podiatric Medicine in the San Francisco bay area where he obtained his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree. He completed his surgical residency in forefoot and rearfoot at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood in Kingwood, TX before joining the Foot and Ankle Center in 2021.
While in his surgical residency training, Dr. De Los Santos received leadership and community service training by participating as a San Jose Clinic Volunteer Podiatrist, Kingwood ISD Sports Physical Volunteer Physician, Chevron Houston Marathon Race Crew Podiatrist, and Samuel Merritt University Alumni Relations programer. In addition, he received advanced training by participating in External fixations seminars, Baltimore Limb deformity course, Ponseti Casting Workshop for Clubfoot course, Total Ankle Replacement seminar, ACFAS Plastics Rotational Flaps course, and Triplanar Forefoot Correction workshop.
Dr. De Los Santos specializes in a wide array of surgeries and treatments related to the foot and ankle, including sports medicine, pediatrics, arthroscopy, limb salvage, diabetic foot care, diabetic wounds, and trauma. He is also well published and has been a speaker at local and national podiatry seminars. Dr. De Los Santos is fluent in Spanish and is currently accepting new patients.
In his free time, Dr. De Los Santos enjoys playing sports, fitness, traveling, participating in community events, and spending time with his family.
